if my step was named sole beneficary of her great aunts estate and the aunt was found incomputent and is now dead and stae had to step in before she died & remove aunt& put her in nursing home where she died 5 days later is this last will&testament; vauled

Your question is a little confusing. When was the will executed? If it was executed before she was found incompetent then it should still be valid if it meets all the statutory requirements for a valid will.
