Legal Question in Workers Comp in Ohio

Doctor's Opinions on Injury

If you were examined by a company doctor and they say you aren't injured, and you were examined by two workman's comp doctors who gave a percentage of your injury, which one should I go by?

Re: Doctor's Opinions on Injury

I would not rely solely on the Company doctor's opinion. If the Worker's comp doctors feel you have a work related injury, and you know that you were injured on the job, then you should be entitled to benefits. I suggest that you talk directly to an attorney as soon as possible. Give me a call and I will be happy to disuss this in more detail.

Good Luck!
