Legal Question in Disability Law in Oklahoma
loaned a "friend" $200. and this person verbally agreed to pay me back as soon as possiable. its now going on 2 months and still no repayment...i want to know would a verbal agreement like such hold up in small claims court here in oklahoma city area?

The answer to this question would depend on whether you can provide proof that this agreement was made. I is always to get these agreements in writing so I would recommend that you get the person to admit the circumstances of this loan by email or voicemail or other means so you will have proof to present to the courts.
