We're not clearly understanding all of the circumstances regarding the camper and its unclear that you are either. So, its difficult to answer you question. Here are some instructions for filing a petition. The court can direct you from there.

In most cases, your written petition would include the order itself. The order should outline what you need from the judge and why you are seeking an order from the court.

You would include or attach a orginal copy of the court order for the judge to sign.

However, this petition should also include any relevant information identifying the camper, i.e., make, model, year, vin# etc. and/or any relevant history to justify seeking the this title from the court (title was lost, stolen, etc). Otherwise, the person who gave you this advice should be able to provide so guidance. I hope this helps.
