Can I provide benefits to all my businesses subsidiaries through the parent company?

What kind of benefits? This is really more of a tax question than anything else. The IRS allows legitimate business expenses. Your subsidiaries may have to pay directly, then seek reimbursement from the parent company. Consult with a good business tax attorney in your area for specific advice.
