Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Oklahoma

If I am asked to leave a local bussiness very rudly and in front of other cusomers for a H1N1 scare which I do not have and as I leaving the store the owner comes from behind her counter with a can of Lysol spraying towards me,can she treat customers in that manner.I know that if I was a minority she would not be allowed to do this, but since I am just a middle age white mother and grandmother what are my rights as a human.I am trying very hard to teach my children and grandchildren to show respect towards all people. It is very hard to do this when things are allowed to happen such as this.

What you disscribed appear to be blatant disregard, unethically business practices, profiling, disparate treatment and an urgent need for sensitivity training. All of which can apply to anyone; not just people from other ethnic groups.

All businesses have owners, presidents, CEO's or headquarters that you can be contacted by letter to file formal customer complaints.

If this behavior did occur, as stipulated, it is recommended that you file a formal complaint with a copy forwarded to the better business bureau. They, the perpetrators or employees of this business, must provide this contact information or you may be able to get the address of the owner by doing other research.

I hope this helps.
