Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Oklahoma

I have a small problem with a person who is trying to tell me what places I can or cannot frequent. It seems silly because there are no grounds for this person to be doing this. I have been a regular patron of my local bars/clubs for quite sometime and after having a nasty split from this guy, who happens to work at a couple of these places, I'm suddenly dealing with him telling me that I'm not 'allowed' to go to my hangouts anymore. I have never inflicted any harm to him nor have I made any threats....I try to stay away from him if anything. He is not an owner/manager of these bars...he is just a dj. One, I might add, which has some serious control & self-importance issues. I'm seeking advice/answers about this because its not right for someone to try and dictate where i can go and have this effect on my personal life & social activities. While living in a small city, and not having too many places to go elsewhere, this latest threat of keeping me out of my favorite bars is crossing the line, especially when I have done nothing wrong. If he does end up having the pull to 'ban' me or get me kicked out (which he succeeded in doing this week from one place) I want to know if, LEGALLY, he has the right to do this? What about my rights? He told me if I tried to go again then I should just 'see whats going to happen'. If denied entrance, isn't there something that can be said on my behalf as far as what my legal rights are? I know this is pretty ridiculous & I shouldn't worry about it. . . but I am! Can someone give me some advice? I'll appreciate anything at this point

Your rights are being violated and it appear that you are experiencing reprisals and harrassment due to your past afilliations with one of the employees.

It also appear that a hostile environment might be created. This behavior could lead to more serious issues. Particularly, if you recieve threats.

As such, you have two options: (1) refraining from frequenting the bars/clubs (2) report this harassment or behavior whenever it occurs by filing a police report. This way the pattern of behavior can be documented and just in case they follow up on their threats to cause harm their patrons.

You should also report this behavior to the owners or managers. I am sure they will not be willing to harm their reprutation or close down because of this employee. I hope this helps.
