Softball Team Money

My sister's softball team did a fundraiser together and the money was put into a team account. Well, because of the coach the team is banned from playing in the nationals tournament. I understand that he can not write individual checks, but is there some way he can divide the money for the girls to go play nationals as pick up players for other teams.

It is difficult to answer this question without more information surrounding the circumstances regarding the disqualification of the previous coach and/or the contract or agreement signed by all parties who participated in the execution of this contract. Therefore, it is recommended that you inquiry about the rules and regulations governing this team and/or contract before taken action to go forward and to avoid any further disqualifications.
