Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Oklahoma

Proper names in books

Can we use peoples name in a book we are writing. The book is about our work, nothing is said that would bring anyone any harm or embarresment.

Example.. Jim Dillard was the General Manager. OR Sam Smith helped us deliver the equipment.

Thanks for your help.
