Legal Question in Construction Law in Oklahoma

I worked for a builder as superentendent or project manger. Basically I did everything but finance the job. I took a house from dirt to lived in. My question is can I use photos of houses I built for him for my new company that I started?

Yes, unless you explicitly declined to do so in writing. You should also seek references for your new clients or customers to review and it is recommended that you create a porfolio of your work for future customers; if no conflicts of interest exists within the contracts of the builders you are currently working for.
