judgement liens
if you have judgement lien on all real restate for the county you live in can they put liens on property in other counties

In Oklahoma, the judgment lien would have to be filed in the other counties to attach to that real property. Without filing in the other counties, no judgment lien would attach. Judgment liens become dormant after five years if not properly renewed or extended as required by law.
