Re: is my daughter looking a prison time?

Anytime someone commits a felony in Oklahoma, he is looking at possible prison time. Usually, for a first time minor felony, the DA will offer a sentence of probation. I do not know your daughter's total criminal history from the information you have given.

The problem here is if she is guilty of the new felonies and wants to enter a plea, even if the DA is willing to give her probation, she will be revoked on the misdemeanor case and can be given a year in the county jail.

In my experience practicing in several counties in Northeast Oklahoma, if your daughter had no criminal history--without knowing more about this case--the DA would probably offer probation.

That is the best answer I can give you without knowing more facts.
