Legal Question in Criminal Law in Oklahoma

Dear Jay Ramsey, i recently spoke to you about my brother situation involving the larceny plus traffic fines. The judge denighed him of getting out on a pay payment seeing that he didn't pay off the balance he had in the beginning. He's been to jail more than once over the same warrants. He missed simply because of his job. He couldn't lose it. The warrants go back as far as in 05-06. I keep trying to contact the public offender who was appointed to him but i keep getting no response. Is there anything else that could be done? He was order to sit 96 days. I just feel it'll be smarter to let him out rather than pay him to sit in jail. Is there anything an attorney or anyone could do to make another deal. This deal will defiantly not be broken. They dropped the larceny charge so its only traffic tickets on his case.
