If you do not go to court for your deferred sentence review, you WILL NOT get the dismissal and expungement. If you do go to court and you have not paid all your money, you WILL NOT get the dismissal and expungement. You may be able to get the judge to extend your probation for you to pay. That all depends on what your payment record has been so far. Eventually, if you continue to be behind in payments, a cost and fines warrant will be issued for you.
