Legal Question in Criminal Law in Oklahoma
Urgent Info Needed
My son Brandon Nelson was arrested in Oklahoma on drug charges. He has a histony of Mental Illness and would not be intelligent enough to plead his case. He has never been charged with any Felony charges before, other then a misdeameanor for driving without a liscense. His charges on 11/29/06 is trafficing an illegal substance withou a liscense and Proceeds(Money) from drug the sale of drugs. I truly don't know if he was actually caught with any drugs on him. I live in Atlanta Georgia. I would like to contacted in reference to any assistance that you can provide.
