getting custody back

I was wanting to know if I could get custody back of my biological children, they want to come and live with me, and I was talked into signing them over to my mother until I get married and on my feet.

You may be able to. The court has great respect for the rights of biological parents, and what the kids want is something the court will consider in its decision. The ultimate question will be what is in the best interest of the kids. The court will look closely at the situation when you gave up your children, and what has changed. You should consider first getting an attorney to review the documents you signed.
