Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

My ex who has been MIA for the past 4 years is fighting me for custody of my son. Only he's not doing it cause he(my ex) wants him, he's doing it cause his dad (gpa) wants him. Is that legal???

No and this should topic be brought out in custody court, especially if the child was abandoned by his natural father. The grandfather has no rights to the child unless their is a history of abuse and the child is turned over to the grandfather's custody for his or her protection as a final option. Just make sure you have an attorney during this custody battle and include this in your legal writings or petitions.
