paternity

child in question is 5 yrs. if i do a paternity test and child is not mine, do i have to pay child support?

Very possibly. DO NOT believe that if the DNA shows you are not the father, then you are home free. Did you sign a voluntary acknowledgment of paternity? If so, you are locked in, regardless of who the real father is. If you would like I can provide you the IL Supreme Court case from last year that declares that.
