Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Oklahoma

vehicle test drive from local dealer and was pulled over by law enforcement. I then was detained at gunpoint cuffed for being in possesion of a stolen vehicle. Do I have any legal rights here.

Yes. Get the police report. Ask the dealership if it was a stolen car. Your constitutional rights may have been violated.
