Legal Question in Employment Law in Oklahoma

2 week notice
My wife is a massage therapist in Oklahoma City. She works at a spa but she is paid weekly and taxes are not taken out of her weekly pay. She has to file as an independent contractor. My 3 questions are: Is it required by law for her to give a 2 week notice before she quits and if she does not give the notice, can her employer deduct pay from her last paycheck? Also, if the hours posted on the outside of the business say the business closes at 6pm and my wife's schedule says she gets off at 6pm also, can the employer force her to stay and work a massage appointment that starts at 6pm even though the posted hours state that the business closes at 6pm.
