Work and Drug testing

I failed a drug test 2 yrs ago and my job sent me to a counselor who said I was fine. Now 2 yrs later they were suspicious of me doing drugs and confronted me and said that if I dont go to counseling again then I would have to resign. Even though I have passed evey drug test since then, is this legal?

I see no reason for their suspicion if your drug tests came in negative!! Furthermore, I wouldn't advise you to go into further counselling if you didn't test positive as that may be taken against you & would only confirm their suspicion & they definitely don't have the right to force you to resign!
