Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Oklahoma

I have a lease on an apartment and it flooded with all the recent rain. I am wondering if there is a way for me to get out of the lease agreement.

Any health and safety issues are grounds to break the lease. however, it recommended that you discuss your living conditions with your landlord and/or refer to the lease agreement as it relates to hazardous living conditions by natural causes or flooding for legal protection.
