Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Oklahoma
I had a tubal ligation almost 3 years ago after my last pregnancy. I recently found out I am about 10 weeks pregnant. I have been told that the doctor who performed the procedure could be responsible for paying my medical fees for this pregnancy. Is this true or do I have any legal action that can be taken?
