Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Oklahoma

Me and my boyfriend have broke up. Recently with my income tax I had bought a truck that I let him drive to help me with things,i.e. my kids. Well the truck is in my name & I bought it with my money!!! He is trying to say its his.......Anyways I just want to make sure that I can legally take my truck back!!!! and he can not do anything about it. I am not sure about what type of law this was under???

If the vehicle is titled in your name only, then it is presumed to be yours. Given the facts you provided, I can see no reason why you can not take possession of your truck.
