Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Oklahoma

What if someone is convicted of a crime, and she has chosen to pay the fine instead of paying the restitution. Can I go to small claims court because I spent money out of pocket.

Person covicted for crime has to follow the court's order.

I do not know what relationship you are in with the person covinceted of a crime. The facts are insufficent for me to answer the second question.
