Child/Grandchild rights to real estate

If at death there is a living child and grandchildren can the property be granted to the grandchild if that person is financially able to care for the property and the other party is not?

Re: Child/Grandchild rights to real estate

We still have a constitution which has a 14th amendment. A property right does not become contingent upon being able to care for it. It is not a child!

I strongly suggest you hire an Atty. You may have a point but are asking all the wrong questions.
