Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Oklahoma

Failed Fiduciary Duties

The exector of my grandfathers will has failed to do a final accounting or dispurse the money owed to me, It has been seven years. I believe he has stolen/embezzled it. Is there a code in Oklahoma equvalent to a California code which trebles money owed for damages. Also what is the statute of limitations on conversion? What recourse do I have? Thank you.

I'm an attorney based in California and this message was sent to me. You need to make sure it was sent to attorneys in Oklahoma.

Best of luck.
