Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Oklahoma

My Father recently passed away. He had a car financed with only his name on the note. If the finance company repo's the car, can they come after the estate for the balance after they sell it?

In response to your question, yes, any deficiency will be a debt of his probate estate.
