Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Oklahoma

Greedy Heirs

My mother died in August of 2003. I was named, and ordered by a judge as the executrix of her estate. My sister and her husband have done nothing but continually acuse me of stuff. I have proved them wrong each time, and their attorney continues to acuse me. We are going to cout next week because they want me removed as executrix. They have gone so far as to subpena my mothers neighbors, who want to buy her house. I just want this over with. I have not done anything wrong. I work 10 hrs a day, and have my own home and yard to deal with. I feel like my sister and her husband let my mother die, as they had to look up my phone number, and took the time to come get me, because as my sister said ''I didn't know what numbers to push''. Her husband is retired from the Army, you would have thought between the two of them, one of them would know to dial 911. But, they didn't. Anyway, what can I do to get them to leave me alone? My attorney doesn't seem to help any.

If you are dissatisfied with your attorney, get another one. Since you are represented, you cannot get advice from another attorney. It would be unethitical on my part.
