Pour-over Will with a Living Trust

Legally, is widowed equivalent to non-married in regard to marital status as stated in a Pour-over Will used in conjunction with a Living Trust?

I would have to look at the context of the wording. Meaning exactly how the term was used in the will. My guess, only a guess since I can't see the document, is yes non-married would mostly likely be equivalent to widowed. This of course could be completely interpreted differently, such as if the widow was married to the person whose trust and pour over will we are referring to.
