Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Oregon

If I get a job after filing Bankruptcy, how does this affect the bankruptcy?

It depends. In a chapter 7 bankruptcy it will have no effect. In a chapter 13 bankruptcy you must let your attorney know who will then advise the court. In all likelihood, your Ch 13 plan will have to be amended to take into account your increase in income.
