I had adomain name that was named after my Co. My
buis. partner forgot to reregister while I was out of town. Someone bought the name,
they are using it to get sponcerd sites.Is there any way to get my domain back

You likely can prevail in an infringement suit,depending on facts.
Even if you never got the TM registered (R), you may have common law rights in the TM.
