Legal Question in Technology Law in Oregon

Website Purchased under false pretenses

I purchased a websited from this lady on ebay. When I finally received all of the information which was 25 days later. I found out that the lady had completely misrepresented the site. The info in the auction was pretty correct but the emails we had back and forth where I asked her specifics about the site were all lies. To top it off I just recently found out that she had copied the database after I purchased the site and created a new site. She renamed the site but all of the information on the site is a carbon copy including the 550 members for the forum. I want to know what I can do about this. I want my money back, I filed a complaint through paypal but unfortunately they denied it because it didn't fall under PayPal's definition of significantly

not-as-described and does not qualify for a refund. So my question is legally what can I do about this?

Re: Website Purchased under false pretenses

How much was the purchase price?

Was there a written contract or e-mails representing the site?

Have you contacted e-bay yet?

I would need more information before I could advise you.
