Will I go to jail, for giving an officer false infomation.

I was pulled over ,w/no licence,no insurance, on my to DMV. had just bought the car one hour before . gave false name and was a failer to appear 2x. First offence, I've never had any contact with police in my life before this.what will happen when I turn my self in? Single mom of three, will I go to Jail?

Having failed to appear is always not helpful. Ultimately this is a situation for the sheriff to decide when you turn self in (TSI). If the sheriff decides to hold you, then you can either wait to appear in front of a judge, or post bail.

More likely then not, the sheriff will release you because your charges are not considered very serious.
