Legal Question in Family Law in Oregon

Hi my name is--name removed--I moved to Oregon with my two year old son his father never hade anythuing to do with him from the day he was born. can i get in trouble for leaving the state with out him knowing? he was order to pay child support but he dont even do that?

No, you will not get into any legal trouble for leaving the state with your child without him knowing about it. At least not unless and until there is a court order that specifically says that you cannot do so (and the order was obtained and served on you BEFORE you made the move).
