Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Oregon

my wife and i have been split up for a year and she is living with someone else, he does not have a will, but she is clearly living there as his gf. we are still legaly married , if he dies, without will, is she entitled to the house or his buisness, if not who gets these thing?

Whether living with him or now, she is NOT his wife. Period. If he dies without a will, she gets nothing. Nada. Zippo. It will all go to his "real" wife, if he has one, and/or to his children, if he has any. If no wife, no kids, it will go to his parents (if they or either one is alive). Otherwise, to brothers and sisters, nieces and newphews. If nobody is alive, it will "escheat" (revert) to the state.
