Legal Question in Workers Comp in Oregon

lower lumbar strain

i have been on and off wc for seven months. now they want me to quit work and start a work hardening program. my back hurts more than ever and i have a baby comming in a month. should i get a lawyer and think about a law suit. i cant afford to keep doing this. they pay me 360 out of 740 a week.
