Legal Question in Employment Law in Pakistan

Dear Sir,

I work in NADRA office, there is a problem that they are asking to come on Sunday too and no holiday or benefit will be given against it.

Is this legal to force to come on Sunday.

Totally depends upon the terms of employment.

However, standard maximum working hours are 48 hours per week, i.e. around 6 days' average of 8 hours. A stand may be taken in this case for additional pay/overtime compensation if the limit is overpassed.
