I reside in Islamabad, Pakistan. We all reside in Islamabad. My mother gifted me (her daughter) some immovable property, now my brother (who already has been given significant property by my late father, who could not get time to compensate me due to his untimely death) has gone greedy and wants to challenge the property gifted to me by my mother. My brother has also somehow managed to obtain the sympathies of my mother. Can my mother and my brother:-
1. Challenge this gifted property?
2. Can they get it back from me?
no once gift deed is properly executed cannot be claimed back by the donor as well as gift by your mohter in ur favor was upon his own sweet will and by consent so they cannot, by law, however they can challenge it but with no hope of success if u properly defend the case. for more details

If it is an oral gift then they can contest it in the court of law but if it is written and registered after being executed then they will be empty handed at the end.

For the 1st Question answer is Yes...
For the second question answer is No... But for that you have to contest in defense.. Best is to sell the property as soon as possible.. Na rahay ga bans na bajay gi bansari.. Consult me at thepleaders@gmail.com for more..
