In a Succession Certificate / Court Order, the petitioner/legal heir was advised to collect amount from his deceased husband's bank account with the direction that the Petitioner is directed to file receipt of payment to other legal heirs within thirty days. What is meant by " to file receipt of payment to other legal heirs"
