Legal Question in Banking Law in Pakistan
300 cheques with forged signatures were paid by the bank during last 6 years. The bank sent statements half yearly for any discrepancies but nothing was pointed out. Is it only the banker negligence?

If it were very good forgeries, the bank has no blame.
Especially since the account holder has not noticed anything during those 6 years.
If there is reason to believe the bank had knowledge, the they will be responsible.
