Legal Question in Banking Law in Pakistan

I awailed a ready cash facility from union bank pakistan for pak rupees one million. The facility was also protected with a credit sheild insurance. I lost my job in April 2009 and a case is pending in Supreme Court. The bank (now Standard chartertered) filed a legal suit and a decree was awarded in favor of bank. Now the court has issued arrest warrants. The annual report of the bank has recommended the loan for write off. what is my legal status and what should be next step

after the case is written off go get the attested copies,, and produce in the court,, but remember the bank will corrupt you first
