Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan
my sister is prosecutor in kidnapping case of my niece.....FIR was registered few months before...now she has got the notice to be present in the court... my sister is fearful of going into the court because she takes it as her disgrace... please tell me the right path by which we can get rid of this case without bringing my sister in the court......she does not hv money to hire a lawyer.....she is much worried........
