Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Pakistan

Aslam-o-Alikum

I am from Pakistan (Lahore). I want to know about a legal question which has a situation. My grandfather and grandmother are alive. They have 3 sons and 2 daughters. One of the son has been died in their life and two are alive. Half of my grandfather*s property is made by my father but he named that part to my grandfather unfortunately. Widow of that son and her two sons are living in grandfather*s house and my father and uncle provide them necessities of life but they have demanded their share from my grandfather*s many times. My questions are :

Is there any rule in law by which my father can get his whole part? Can that widow and her sons have a share in grandfather*s property (named part by my father to grandfather and made by my grandfather of his own) legally, if yes then how much part of grandfather*s property they can get by law? Briefly and clearly give your answer in the light of family law, legal rights and present constitution of Pakistan (if u use pronoun for a person then please mention for whom it is for). If case of the death of my grandfather can my father and uncle claim that they don*t want to give their share because they have provided them basics of life already ?

since you g parents are alive there is no point of inheritance yet. in case any of the G parents died then after the deduction of the share of the other g. parent, each of your uncle will entitles to inherit 2/8 and each M.aunty 1/8.

your predeceased uncle"s family will inherit the same 2/8.
