I gave a contract for construction of my house to a local contracter(thekedar). After just 15 days of completion of house , all the walls broke apart due to faulty bases. Can i ask for compensation in court of law? because he is not repairing my house, despite he agreed to do it in jirga.

Yes you can file a complaint under consumer protection act and you can also file a suit against him for damages.
