what does constitution of PAKISTAN says about child adoption

The law of adoption of a child in Pakistan is discussed in Guardian and Wards Act and not in Constitution. There are certain parameters and certain legal formalities had to be completed for adoption of child.
In nutshell one can file an Application before Guardian and Ward Court for appointment of guardian of a minor child and after issuing notice and after hearing the parties can issue a guardian certificate.
