mery uncle ny apne bevi ko devorce dy de and mery uncle ki aik daughter thi uncle apni bevi ko devorce deny k baad uncle ki death ho gai
court ne grandfather ko gardian banaya uncle ki bevi ne dosri marrige kar li
ab bachi grandfather mangta he wo dety nahin court ney bhi unky right main decision diya

What is the age of your minor (daughter).?

where she want to live.?

If court has appointed the guradian then there is no problem, Court has the powers of implementation of her decisions.?

did they file appeal against the order of trial court.? ot it was a Ex-parte decree.

please provide complete info.
