my wife handed over my one day old daughter to me. after 6 months she got her bak thru a writ petition. judge has given me the right to appeal. my baby is 7 month old. wheree to appeal n how ll i win. i have nt divorcd her n i dont want to keep her too

You hv already made mistake now you can file a petition before Guardian Judge for the custody of your child. where you ll be able to meet your son monthly. Case ll be decided after considering the welfare of the minor.
