Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pakistan

The defendant has been absconded to Canada.I have filed an execution for claiming the maintenance etc. He has no property in Pakistan. How the execution will be executed and further is there procedure in the Pakistani court of law that the defendant can be summoned by the family court through the Canadian embassy?.

No,there is no such procedure in civil nature suit. But if u know his address summon can be send directly on his address. and privately u can inform canadian embassy about his abscondance with proofs(warrant etc by family court). Canadian govt ll take it seriously.

or if he is sending money at home to his father, mother, bro etc u must include him in plaint as necessary party and in this situation maintenance must be provide by them.
