Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pakistan
I have one question i have registered a case of Order 37 and yesterday ASJ has passed order X party and witness of myside . So on next date i will go for final witness and after that they will pass order accordingly.
My question is after that what is the remedy for other party should he will be able to get stay from HC or what is next step please advise

first the other party hv right to file an application for setting aside exparte proceeding before final order.
and after final order can file an application for setting aside exparte order within 30 days.
if both steps are not benn availed by the other party after ex parte decree then u may file execution after 30 days
